Membership: Free to Join
Content: All genres and media are welcome.
Age Requirements: Artists of all ages are welcome.
Listing Includes: Three examples of your art, your name and contact information.
Change Requests: You may change your listing quarterly.
Listings are Subject to Approval: This is a public site available to all ages. All listings will be reviewed by our Curator prior to posting.
The Taste of Art Online Gallery initiative is a test program of Lake Affect Magazine and may not be a permanent fixture.
Listing Rights: All art will be submitted royalty free, which means that Lake Affect Magazine will have the right to use your images to promote the Taste of Art Gallery at no charge. All submissions can be used by Lake Affect Magazine on our website, social medias, etc. You will always be credited for your work.
By submitting you agree you are the owner of this artwork and are giving us the ability to publish or display the artwork, poem, or fiction as we see fit. In the event there is a dispute about ownership of artwork, the person who submitted accepts all liabilities.

Trademarks and Copyrights – As the sole owner of your artwork you are acknowledging that you have the exclusive rights to submit pieces to our gallery. Owners of submitted artwork hold all responsibility for ensuring that their submissions do not violate any law, regulation, any right or intellectual property of any third party, including any copyright, moral right, trademark right, trade secret, patent right, privacy right, publicity right, or contractual right. All submitted pieces cannot include any removed, concealed, modified or tampered with copyright, trademark, or other proprietary marking or notice, any digital watermark or other technical measure used to indicate the source or ownership of any image or other submitted content.
By submitting you are agreeing that pieces submitted are not offensive, pornographic, etc. An online curator will review all submissions. If an artist’s work is deemed unacceptable, they will be asked to submit another piece in its place. Lake Affect Magazine reserves the right to ban any artists from participating.
Artist submitting agrees that none of their submissions infringe on the reputation of Taste of Art Gallery or Lake Affect Magazine.
We reserve the right to modify terms & conditions at any point in time.
