It is solely your responsibility as the providing artist to make sure
that all of the provided information is correct and up to date.
Release Notes
This release is between you, as the owner (“Artist”) of the artwork and artistic pieces you submit (herein referred to as “Artist Materials”), and Lake Affect Magazine’s Taste of Art Online Gallery (“LAM”).
Ownership – At all times the Artist retains all right, title and interest in and to the Artist Materials, (including, without limitation, the copyrights).
Use – By submitting Artist Materials to LAM, the Artist is accepting all terms and conditions of their use of and on the LAM website and social med. The Artist grants LAM non-exclusive rights for the use and display, of the Artist information and Artist Materials at LAM’s sole discretion. LAM grants that the Artist is free to grant similar non-exclusive use and display rights to others during and after the Term of this Agreement. This includes but is not limited to;
- Ability to display, copy, reproduce, exhibit, publicly perform, broadcast, rebroadcast, transmit, retransmit, distribute through any electronic means
- Ability to modify, adapt, change or otherwise alter the Artist Materials (e.g., change the size) as needed for our intended use as described above.
- The right to use all or any part of the Artist Materials in the promotion, advertising or marketing of Lake Affect Magazine, its related websites, and social media accounts.
